Here are some great brands of photo paper for in home printing.
The Good.
Office Depot Brand Professional Photo Paper:
Tested by many users Office Depot photo paper gets 5 stars on most review sites. It is said to have durability against the sun without fade.
What I Think…
Give it a try! If you dont like it you didnt spend that much money anyway.
Adorama Projet Royal Satin Paper:
This paper is Premium high resolution resin coated satin paper designed for the highest quality color images. Compatible with all desktop printers.
What I Think…
I have never had to use in home printing because I make big name companies do it for me. But from what I have read about this paper it works great and spits out high resolution photos.
9.99 on the Adorama website.
Epson’s Premium Glossy Photo Paper:
Supurb quality with accurate color balance. This paper is said to hold an image for years without one sign of fading.
What I Think…
Epson is an industry standard that has come out with dozens of different choices of paper from glossy to luster. If I were to make a safe choice on paper I would choose Epson.
15.00-20.00 in places like Staples or other office stores.
Kodak Ultima Photo Paper:
Heaviest and highest quality Kodak photo inkjet paper for show casing your best pictures.
Professional Long Lasting Photos.
What I Think…
Kodak Camera has been a household name since the camera was born. The reviews were not high for Kodak but I think you should give them a try. Just buy one pack on the cheaper side of Kodak and test it out. Who knows you may love it.
The Not So Good.
Independant photo paper brands are usually expensive and dont have a lot of paper in one package making them low on my list of paper.
Canon Photo Paper:
I like Canon products but when it comes to Canon photo paper it is a hassle. The paper is fairly expensive and most of it comes in packs of 15.
I will be adding on to this post later but I hope this puts you in the right direction.
