Floral Photography

When taking Floral Pictures-

1) Never get too close so that any part of the flower is cut off. I had this problem when I was starting off.

2) Try to get a solid color background. If there are too many things going on in the background it takes away from the flower this is also a problem that I commonly have.

3) Try not to get your shadow in the picture by taking your floral pictures in the late afternoon. This will also provide a “warmer” look to the picture.
