The Biggest Little Park In The Grand Circle.

Capital Reef National Park is located three hours west of Moab which features Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

This is one of my favorite parks. A must for a photographer.

Famous places to go in Capital Reef:

Capital Gorge – A must go place for any traveler. The Gorge features many red rock formations perfect for snapping photos of.

Sunset Point – A 1/3  mile  one way hike leads to a vista called Sunset Point. Go there at Sunset for beautiful views.

-If you get tired there are many benches along the way since it is mostly uphill.

Fruita Campground – The best kept secret in all of the Park.

- This campground is shady most of the day and is only $10 a night.

Here are some photos I captured in Capital Reef.
